A repeatable pipeline from raw prospect to reviewed opportunity

BlackRush is an information and diligence platform. It standardizes and validates prospects — it does not match orders, execute trades, or operate as a securities exchange.

1 · Standardized submission

Prospect generators, operators, and sponsors submit conventional oil & gas prospects through a structured wizard that captures play type, basin, target formation, geology, location, and operating terms.

2 · Drill-ready document checklist

Each prospect must satisfy a required document checklist — prospect summary, geologic maps, seismic interpretation, AFE, title opinion, and a risk assessment — before it enters diligence.

3 · Independent technical diligence

Assigned reviewers evaluate the prospect across four disciplines: geology/reservoir/seismic, engineering, land & title, and commercial. Each produces findings, conditions, and a discipline score.

4 · Geologic risk matrix

Chance-of-success factors — source, reservoir, trap, seal, migration — are captured and combined into a composite chance of geologic success. Volumetric ranges are clearly labeled as estimates, never as proven reserves.

5 · Compliance review & packaging

Compliance clears the prospect, and validated material is packaged into a Prospect Passport — a structured opportunity page with public-safe context and gated technical detail.

6 · Gated investor access

Eligible, verified investors who accept the NDA and risk acknowledgement gain access to the data room, project updates, and the ability to express non-binding interest.

The Prospect Passport

A Prospect Passport is the standardized, investor-facing summary of a reviewed prospect. Public-safe context (basin, play type, high-level thesis) is visible to verified investors browsing opportunities, while sensitive offering materials — detailed geology, seismic, economics, and title — remain gated in the secure data room behind eligibility, NDA, and risk acknowledgement.
